Update: Event Cancellation
Dear friends and colleagues,
Thank you so much for your support of the CONNECTIONS initiative and your contributions to the creation of a larger discussion in our city. We believe that an ethical development of place starts from an authentic awareness of community and the skills you bring and time you give to efforts like this are an amazing example of how social change begins.
Much to our dismay, we have decided to cancel this year's event scheduled for September 20 + 21. One of our founding members is currently on an extended medical leave, and we feel that this conversation is too important to be facilitated with only half our team.
We will continue to establish connections with those in and outside our profession to grow a broader conversation about how Raleigh can be a beacon for equitable growth. We apologize for any inconvenience this year but we look forward to our next steps and will keep you posted.
